Our Residential Application Process

  • Income per month must be 3x rent per month (net, take home).
  • Credit Score is not necessarily a determining factor (most people have student loans and medical bills).
  • We offer free application. Fill out the entire application below. If your application is not completely filled out, you will not be considered.
  • Once we review your application, we will contact you to see the property.
  • Then after seeing the property if you are still interested, you pay $30 for our thorough credit and background check.
  • If accepted, we will schedule the lease signing and welcome you to the Reliant Rentals family 🙂

We currently do not accept Section 8.

You must fill out an application to pre-qualify to see a house.

There is one month rent security deposit required, this cannot be used for your first or last month rent.

Most pets are welcome with a nonrefundable $50.00 fee per pet and an additional $20/pet per month.

If you have an eviction you may still qualify, you will need a co-signer.
