Do you accept Section 8?

We currently do not accept Section 8.

When can I see a property?

You must fill out an application to pre-qualify to see a home.

Is there a fee to move in?

There is one month rent security deposit required, this cannot be used for your first or last month rent.

I don’t have any credit; do I still qualify?

If you do not have any credit this is a great way to get started, all you will need is a co-signer.

I don’t have good credit; do I still qualify?

A lot of times if you have bad credit and are in the process of repairing this is a great way to get started. The easiest way to guarantee is by having a co-signer.

There will be more than one adult on the lease, do we all need to fill out an application?

Yes, any adult living on the property will have to go through the application process, including paying the $30 credit and background check.

Do you accept pets?

Most pets are welcome with a nonrefundable $50.00 fee per pet and an additional $20/pet per month.

I have an eviction, do I still qualify?

If you have an eviction you may still qualify, you will need a co-signer.
